Calculates for you
The daily allowance and mileage calculators support the reimbursement rates of several collective agreements. Bezala calculates the distance travelled based on the addresses entered and also remembers the last addresses used, making it particularly quick to claim mileage reimbursement.
Integrations
Bezala connects your business cards to your accounting, with integrations to all the most popular business credit cards and accounting systems. This allows cardholders to see their purchases directly in the application and easily add receipts. Expenditure data is received directly from the credit card company and the cardholder is automatically reminded of missing receipts.

The app
In Bezala, the whole process from adding expenses to approving them can be done in a mobile app. The app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
Web portal
All functionalities are also available on the web portal, which also provides a user-friendly view for checking expenses. Information between the app and the web portal is updated in real time.
Business cards
Bezala can be combined with all the most popular corporate credit cards such as First Card, Eurocard, Danske Mastercard, OP Corporate Gold, Pliant and Zevoy. Bezala displays the purchases made with the card and allows the cardholder to easily add receipts. Cardholders are also reminded of missing receipts.
