Netvisor can be used flexibly between the client and Valjas. As a customer, you get your own login and can view the financial situation of your business at any time.

It’s easy to add accounts for your employees and give them the necessary access rights, for example to manage sales invoices. Audits can also be carried out completely electronically by giving the auditor access to Netvisor for the duration of the audit.

Sharing between client and accounting office in Netvisor

The division of labour can be flexibly agreed between the client and the accounting firm. A typical division of labour with Valjas’s clients is that the client takes care of the sales invoicing and the monitoring of outstanding sales receivables. When the customer creates a sales invoice in Netvisor, it is immediately available in the accounting system after the invoice is sent.

The invoice is automatically forwarded from Netvisor to the customer via the selected delivery channel (e-invoice, print service, e-mail invoice). The reference invoice is retrieved from the bank used by the company during the night and payments are automatically allocated to the open sales receivables.

If your company has contract-based invoicing, the creation of invoices can be automated with the contract invoicing tool. For example, you invoice license fees of €299 per month + VAT to fifty customers per month. By creating a contract invoicing basket in Netvisor, Netvisor automatically generates invoices on a given day each month. You can easily send all fifty invoices to your customers with a few clicks of a button.

Netvisor and security

Netvisor login uses strong authentication, which is a more secure solution than the usual username/password pair. Access rights are tied to each user’s ID and login is done with personal bank IDs, mobile certificates or the Netvisor ID application. Foreign users can log in using a Netvisor ID.

Netvisor can be integrated with other software through an interface

Netvisor has the most comprehensive integration capabilities of any application available to SMEs. In Netvisor MarketPlace you can find integrations with Netvisor from other applications. For example, Valjas’s customers use the Tuntinetti – Netvisor integration to transfer working time data to payroll, and to transfer invoicing data to Netvisor sales invoicing. Valjas’s own team has built an integration between Stripe and Netvisor, for example, for the transfer of accounting data.
